Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order via our courier partner GoSweetSpot. You will see the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
Free shipping is available on orders over $100 within New Zealand (excluding rural deliveries).
Every plant is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account.
If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Orders placed before 12pm (NZST) on business days are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
During peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Mother's Day), dispatch may take an additional 1-2 business days. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.
