We stand behind the quality of every plant we sell. If your plant arrives damaged or in poor health, we offer a 30-day plant health guarantee. Simply contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

Due to the living nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of healthy plants. However, if your plant arrives damaged or dies within 30 days despite following our care instructions, we'll happily replace it or issue a refund.
